Abstract: Research has shown that communication and motivation are one of the key factors in organizational success and if not dealt with correctly will lead to poor organizational performance. This minor article aims to investigate why modern day organization still perform poorly in the area of communication and motivation. However, globalizations, technological progress, the explosion of communication and information techniques have impacted the functioning of organizations and society, where consumption has become dominant. These upheavals have contributed to the evolution of the meaning and values linked to the work of individuals. Our article will focus in particular on the contribution of the local manager to employee motivation and communication, and the effect of local management on communication and motivation. So the question that comes to our mind is why targeting the local manager? The local manager is the first link in the managerial chain. He is often a valuable former technician who has been "rewarded" with the title and function of manager, without training and support. He Have all the prerogatives. He has production objectives moreover because the collaborators that he frames. He is the sole manager who directly and solely manages employees. Through an investigation of human behavior of motivation and communication, we are going to highlight a model of organization that allows improving relationships through the management and enhancing the flow of communication within a company.

Abstract: Total quality management is one of the most important elements of achieving perfection in work in all areas, which makes the product and service provided compatible with the needs of the consumer and his satisfaction with them, which increases consumer loyalty to the organization and thus profitability of the organization. The purpose of this study is to understand the extent of the impact of Total Quality Management on the organizational performance of the health sector. The current research adopts a theoretical framework based on a literature review of the existing theories that include research variables: Total Quality Management and Organizational Performance. In addition to relying on the experimental framework, this was also done through an online questionnaire design. 350 employees of Al-Hayat National Hospital, Saudi Arabia, shared their views on current research variables. The data collected in the questionnaire were analyzed using the Statistical Package (SPSS) for Social Sciences. The results of the statistical analysis and hypothesis testing showed that the relationship between the two variables is positive, effective and tangible. Whereas, Total Quality Management has positively affected several factors of organizational performance, including increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the service provided by using available resources and at the lowest costs, and the study also showed that Total quality management has an effect on increasing employees ’responsibility for their performance, and on the continuity of perfect performance, in addition to patients' satisfaction with the level of health services provided to them and increasing their loyalty to the organization.

Abstract: The paper reviewed the investigation reports and media reports of passenger ships accidents through the past two decades. In addition to personal interviews with people involved in order to study the root causes of the accident, the reaction of crew and passengers, and the efficiency of the evacuation process.

Eight cases are thoroughly studied and compared because of their significance, some of the chosen accidents are similar in nature but different in out concerning the efficiency of following the procedures and the condition of survival crafts on board. The author intentionally selected modern accidents to evaluate and review the safety culture capability to cope up with current regulations and training criteria. The author through these comparison aims to highlight the common mistakes led to these disasters and he concludes the comparison by illustrating the lessons learnt from each case and in the end of the study the author introduces his recommendations to improve the safety of lives at sea and to avoid the recurrence of those mistakes in the near future    A number of accidents are deeply studied and compared. Comparing between successful evacuations and failed ones is done, the aim of the comparison is to identify and study the errors that took place from the moment of the incident to the evacuation phase.
