Abstract: In view of the current situation of college students majoring in Physical Education in Colleges and universities, in order to further understand the role of College Students' comprehensive quality and teaching practice ability, this paper carried out the research on the role of college students majoring in Physical Education in the teaching practice of Public Physical Education in Colleges and Universities, so as to provide some reference for the future related colleges and universities in the teaching practice of college students majoring in physical educationIt can be used as a theoretical reference.In this paper, through literature survey, questionnaire survey, mathematical analysis of Chengdu University, Guizhou University, Yunnan University three colleges and universities sports students as the research object, through the public sports teaching practice research found that in the teaching practice, draw the following conclusions: first, the school of sports students practice management problems are mainly reflected in the students in the public sports practice in Colleges and universitiesThere are many internship courses and the teaching content is not suitable for the major, which leads to the low efficiency of students' internship. Secondly, there are uneven teaching ability and relatively lack of teaching ability in the public physical education class. Thirdly, under the current situation, the management mechanism of public physical education teaching internship needs to be constantly improved.According to the current three colleges and universities sports students in the public sports class practice teaching situation is summarized and analyzed.The conclusions are as follows: first, the current college students majoring in physical education should change their teaching ideas in the process of public physical education practice; second, the school should strengthen the management of public physical education teaching practice; third, the school should improve the methods of cultivating students' teaching ability.

Abstract: “Hidden curriculum” refers to the set of implicit messages about values, norms, and attitudes that learners infer from the behavior of individual role models as well as from group dynamics, processes, rituals, and structures. Hidden curriculum has great influences on the learning outcomes. This paper will define, compare and evaluate different types of curricula in Medical Education. In addition to the effects and consequences of hidden curriculum (intended and unintended), this review will address contextual and environmental; human factors; explicit curriculum; knowledge; and learners themselves to get an overview of all these contributions on the learning.

We can alleviate the negative effects of the hidden curriculum by using the following strategies: determining the needs of learners who must have passion and input towards learning; multiple learning styles to satisfy all the learners’ needs; multiple teaching and learning situations; multiple learning environments including community settings; multiple reading resources including electronic sources; combinations of assessment methods including formative one.

Abstract: This article explores challenges facing implementation of free secondary management strategy in Kangema and Mathioya districts. The implementation of Free Secondary management strategy is bound to create additional challenges such as demand for more teachers as well as facilities to cater for expanded enrollment. The case study collected data through questionnaire which was administered directly by researcher. The target population was all principals in public secondary schools in Kangema and Mathioya districts. The study targeted public schools because they are direct beneficiaries of FSE policy. Quantitative data was analyzed using descriptive statistics such as mean. Qualitative data was analyzed using content analysis. Data was presented using tables, charts and graphs. From the case study, all the 55 principles responded to the research questions. This marked 100% response rate. This justifies the validity and reliability of the information collected and analyzed. Principals are school managers on the ground who manages school operations on daily basis. On the ground, the researcher founded that all the key factors influencing effective implementation of FSE management strategy are operating above average. Leadership factors are the best implemented with mean of 74.62. This means there are less leadership challenges influencing effective implementation of FSE management strategy. Staff motivation factors are second best implemented with mean of 70.82. Budgetary factors are third on effective implementation with a mean of 65.18 while structural factors are the least on implementation with the mean of 60.3. This means that there are more structural Challenges to be overcome for effective implementation of FSE management strategy.

Abstract: The purpose of the study was to examine effect of corporate governance on financial performance of SACCOs in Nairobi city. It was guided by the following specific objective; to determine the effect directors’ shareholding on financial performance. The study used agency theory, stakeholder theory and resource dependency theory. This study adopted a descriptive research design with a target population of   all the senior management, middle level management and all staff of the seventeen SACCOs operating in Nairobi City County and a sample of 51 was generated by purposively sampling three employees from each SACCOs which included chief executive officer, finance manager and risk manager. This study used structured questionnaires for data collection. Collected data was cleaned and then entered into an SPSS programme for data analysis. Descriptive statistics such as percentages, mean trends and standard deviation will be computed to describe the characteristics of the variables while inferential statistics applied to establish the nature and magnitude of the relationship between the variables. Multiple regression and analysis of variance was used to test the relationship of one variable over the other.  Based on the findings, the study concluded directors shareholding was found to be positively related financial performance of savings and credit cooperative organization in Nairobi City. The study will be significant to the directors of SACCOs, the government through the ministry of cooperatives and identify gaps for further research on the field.

Abstract: Budgeting involves the establishment of predetermined goals, the reporting of actual performance results and evaluation of performance in terms of the predetermined goals. Budgetary control systems are universal and have been considered an essential tool for financial planning. The purpose of budgetary control is to provide a forecast of revenues and expenditures this is achieved through constructing a model of how our business might perform financially speaking, if certain strategies, events and plans are carried out (Nyambura 2016). The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of budgetary process on performance of county governments, a case of Migori County Government. The specific objective of the study was as follows; to determine the effects of budgetary participation on financial performance of Migori County government. The study was be guided by theory of budgetary process and contingency approach. The study adopted a descriptive survey research design with a target population of all the 72 employees directly with the budgetary process of Migori County government. A census was used in data collection. The instrument for data collection was the questionnaire. Piloting was done to test the validity and reliability of the data collection instrument. Inferential statistics such as ANOVA and multiple regression models will also be used. The finding of the study revealed that there is a significant effect of budgetary participation and budgetary process.  This study will be of significant importance to the management of the Migori County government in execution of effective and efficient budgetary controls and administration towards enhancing performance of the county’s operations.

Abstract: In this study, the researcher investigated the effect of sustained silent reading on the comprehension performance of learners with dyslexia (LD) and compared it with normal students undergoing a similar language learning activity. This reading program provides students with a chance to choose and read books silently for a specified period of time. The mixed-method used in the study includes a survey which is made up of open-ended questions and Likert style questions to examine the group of 20 English students. This group was divided into two groups; the first group included ten dyslexic students (experimental group), and the second group contained ten normal students (control group). As this study is conducted to compare the students’ reading comprehension before and after treatment, the treatment included two pre-reading activities a) pictorial context b) vocabulary teaching, and a post-test which was done at the end of the sustained silent reading process. A significant difference in the reading comprehension performance of the experimental group students compared to the control group is expected. The researcher found that there is an increase in dyslexic students’ reading performance as the number of factors in their reading difficulties was lower. Thus, the problems with separating speech sounds within a word or identifying the way how letters represent those sounds decreased. The researcher predicted that EFL students in both groups recognized the importance of participation in daily sustained silent reading.

Abstract: Elder abuse is a burning issue of the day, which has to be addressed immediately to ensure quality of life of the drastically increasing aging population in India.  To rectify this challenge, it is very important to understand the determinants of elder abuse which is the overall goal of the current research. A descriptive study template with predetermined questionnaire and interviewing method was used as a tool for data collection, for a case study of 50 respondents in Dakshina Kannada district Descriptive Statistical analysis would be done. Majority of the respondents had experienced abuse, among which 80% had physical abuse, 75% were emotionally abused and 60% were financially abused.  The reasons of abuse were mostly due to not getting the adequate provisions like, eye glass, hearing aid etc which was reported by 41% of the respondents, 28% of them felt they were left alone throughout the day, 11% felt they were neglected by the family and could not approach when needed, and the other 20% felt they were abused because they could not approach any one for help when needed. Abuse is the biggest mistake of humanity. It could be prevented only through awareness of humanitarian approach, which can be done through family counseling and non statutory approaches which could be given in the workplace of the family, who can take care of the elders.

Abstract: The purpose of the study is to examine the mediating role of job engagement between emotional labor and job satisfaction measured in hospitality industry, according to participant outcomes of job satisfaction and emotional labor and revealing meditating role of job engagement the relationships between these variables have high correlation and reliable in-service industry specially in hotel industry. The earliest definition of employee engagement can trace back to Kahn (1990). His research has been recognized as one of the most influential studies of engagement and set the milestone for future studies, however this was the first study to establish the property and validity of work engagement from both job satisfaction and emotional labor . Using survey data obtained from two hundred forty-nine participants were recruited from four different large five-star hotels. The area surveyed in Amman Jordan specifically in the dead sea , the sampling frame was narrowed to focus on that guest-contact. Microsoft Excel 2016 and IBM Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS 23.0) were used to calculate descriptive statistics. SMART PLS 3.0 was used for other analyses. according to participant outcomes of job satisfaction and emotional labor and revealing meditating role of job engagement the relationships between these variables have high correlation and reliable in-service industry specially in hotel industry more specifically the results showed strong positive significant relationship among the constructs instead of one relationship. Emotional Labor has significantly effect on job satisfaction also Emotional labor has significant effect on job satisfaction.and Job engagement has significant effect on job satisfaction .

Abstract: The main purpose of this thesis is to examine the impact of Brand strength on word of mouth mediated by satisfaction within turkey, with this country having  being a very big sectors for marketing and branding  that is improving over time, with the increasing attraction of foreigner  in the recent years, making the branding sector an overall interesting field to know how does interactions with customers , thoughts and views effect the behavior towards the brand when talking about them in public,  within the framework of this study quantitative research methods were applied on the data collected from our responders using self-administered, Likert type online survey.  The data were analyzed using statistical software to do Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and structural equational modeling (SEM). The findings of the study indicated that Brand strength does demonstrate an impact on word of mouth (WOM), when mediated with satisfaction. Additionally, these results can rase up the awareness of meeting the customers’ expectations and needs rather than only focusing on building a strong brand externally, and the importance of researching strategies that takes customers point of view in considerations, resulting in a strategies that can be used as an indirect powerful marketing tool.

Abstract: Society is an important institution since the history of humanity. It may not have an independent existence apart from the humans. But humans depend on society for existence. Since man is a social animal, humans are equipped to live in society. Institutions like family, school, community, state etc. are all part of human development. It is a general notion that society is to serve humans. Men need to conform to the norms of the society. But there are conflicts happen between men and society. Few men rebel against the prevailing norms of the society and in the process transform the society. Others continue to suppress their own desires and motives to remain an active part of the society. It is an important issue to be addressed in today’s life. How should a man live in society while balancing the personal as well as the group interests? In the paper, we shall see how Sri Aurobindo views the relationship between Individual and Society.
