Abstract: The department of technical education is a matter of myriad state concern all over the world. Recently the use of technology have been practiced and explored to a greater extent in improving the quality of class room teaching very necessary in digital presentation. Owing to popularity and comfort in use social media have penetrated to every quarter of technical education. Recently concluded researches shows that average global internet user spends two and a half hours daily on social media producing huge sum of data absconding the traditional data handling techniques at stake. Since these data potentially reflects user trend and hence are much useful for various purposes. The social media partners are making significant investments in putting this data to work because it gives the analysis of media content has been central in social sciences, behavioural sciences, education, research, marketing and policy framing etc. No doubt the majority of social media clients are youth who use it before anything else. Their performance and experiences such as study, eating, sleeping, and social habits, the course of study selected, passion and attitude towards instructor are impacted by it. Positive impact leads to improve their learning and skill out comes while negative impact may leads to problem of their retention and downgrade their results. Various researches are there which provide an solo impetus to either big data and social media for education but there are very little efforts to explore both through an integrated study, especially in technical education. This paper will discuss the impacts of big data and social media use to short out positive impacts on the stakeholders of technical education and institutes of department of technical education. Based upon this a roadmap is suggested for future use of these two emergent technologies to improve quality of digital class room teaching in technical education and student engagement.

Abstract: Programming language involves set of instructions. It has special keywords and syntaxfor organizing the instructions. Number zero has many role in mathematics like Representing an empty set with no elements is only possible with the help of the zero number. It has made calculations a lot easier for the mathematician which was not possible in the past. Zero subtracted or added to the number will not bring about any change in the value. In addition, when the whole number is subtracted from itself the number would be zero this paper will discuss the Importance of number zero in programming language.

Abstract: This paper applied panel data tests in testing for the existence of Purchasing Power Parity (PPP) for a group of asean-5 (Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Thailand) countries for the period of 1996-2016. For this purpose, we applied both panel data unit root and cointegration methods to test for Purchasing Power Parity. The paper tested for the stationarity of the variables and found that the variables are non-stationary at levels but stationary at first difference. Furthermore, we applied the cointegration test of Pedroni to see if there is long-run validity of PPP. Results of the cointegration test reject the null hypothesis of no cointegration ASEAN-5 countries, meaning that we have enough evidence to support PPP in the long-run for ASEAN-5 over the period of 1996-2016. We therefore conclude that PPP is valid in ASEAN-5.

For this purpose, we applied both time series unit root and cointegration methods to test for Purchasing Power Parity. Firstly, we tested for the stationarity of the variables and found that the variables are non-stationary at levels but stationary at first difference. Secondly, we applied the cointegration test to see if our variables are stationary in the long-run. Results of the cointegration test rejected the null hypothesis of no-cointegration for four out of the five countries, meaning that we have enough evidence to support PPP in the long-run for these Asian countries over the period of 1996-2016. In other words, the rejection of null hypothesis implies a long-run relation between nominal exchange rates and relative prices.

Abstract: Forged source IP addresses are used by the attackers to hide the locations. For finding the locations of the attackers IP Traceback Mechanism have been used. IP Traceback approaches can be classified   in to Packet Marking, ICMP Traceback, Logging on the Router, Link Testing, Overlay and Hybrid Tracing, Based on the captured backscatter messages spoofing activities are still frequently observed. The IP Traceback system on the internet contain with two critical challenges. The first one is the cost to adopt a traceback mechanism in the routing system. It introduces considerable overhead to the routers generation, packet logging, especially in the high performance networks. The second one is the difficulty to make Internet Service Providers(ISP) collobrate. Attackers spread over every corner of the world, single ISPs to deploy its own traceback system is meaningless. ISPs are generally lack of explicit incentive to help clients of the others to trace attackers in their managed system. There are lot of IP traceback mechanisms and large number of spoofing activities observed , but the real locations of spoofers still remain mystery. Due to the some of the drawbacks it has not been widely used to trace the IP traceback solution. Finally, it was not used to find the locations of the attackers. To overcome the drawback of IP traceback mechanism we propose a Passive IP Traceback Mechanism(PIT). The router may generate an ICMP error message and send the message to the spoofed source addresses. The routers can be close to the attackers, the path backscatter messages may disclose the locations of the attackers. PIT can work in a number of spoofing activities. This technique uses the ICMP features and find the attackers by applying PIT on the ICMP dataset, a number of locations of attackers are captured and presented. As a result, these technique reveal IP spoofing, but it was not well understood. In future, it may be the most suitable mechanism for tracing the attackers on the Internet Level Traceback System.

Abstract: Many recent advancements have been introduced in both hardware and software technologies. Out of these technologies, we gain a lot of interest in Image Processing. As the eccentric identification of a vehicle, number plate is a key clue to discover theft and over-speed vehicles. The captured images from the camera are always in low resolution and suffer severe loss of edge information, which cast great challenge to existing blind deblurring methods. The blur kernel can be showed as linear uniform convolution and with angle and length estimation. In this paper, sparse representation is used to identify the blur kernel. Then, the length of the motion kernel has been estimated with Radon transform in Fourier domain. We evaluate our approach on real-world images and compare with several popular blind image deblurring algorithms. Based on the results obtained the supremacy of our proposed approach in terms of efficacy.

Abstract: Now a days detection of patients with elevated risk of diabetes mellitus is developing critical to the improved prevention and overall health management of these patients. We aim to apply association rule mining to electronic medical records (EMR) to invent sets of risk factors and their corresponding subpopulations that represent patients which have high risk of developing diabetes. With the high linearity of EMRs, association rule mining generates a very large set of rules which we need to summarize for easy medical use. We reviewed four association rule set summarization techniques and conducted a comparative evaluation to provide guidance regarding their applicability, advantages and drawbacks. We proposed extensions to incorporate risk of diabetes into the process of finding an optimum summary. We evaluated these modified techniques on a real-world border line diabetes patient associate. We found that all four methods gives summaries that described subpopulations at high risk of diabetes with every method having its clear strength. In this extension to the Bottom-Up Summarization (BUS) algorithm produced the most suitable summary. The subpopulations identified by this summary covered most high-risk patients, had low overlap and were at very high risk of diabetes.

Abstract: Energy consumption is one of the constraints in Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs). The routing protocols are the hot areas to address quality-of-service (QoS) related issues viz. Energy consumption, network lifetime, network scalability and packet overhead. In existing system a hybrid optimization based PEGASIS-DSR optimized routing protocol (PDORP) is presented which used cache and directional transmission concept of both proactive and reactive routing protocols. The performance of PDORP has been evaluated and the results indicated that it performs better in most significant parameters. The performance of the existing method is checked when it is evaluated and validated with the nodes which are highly dynamic in nature based on the application requirement. The current system finds the trusted nodes in the case of only static environment. To overcome the issue the proposed system is applied for dynamic WSN’s with the location frequently being changed. The PDORP-LC is applied with local caching (LC) to acquire the location information so that the path learning can be dynamic without depending on the fixed location. The proposed work is performing in dynamic environment with the dynamic derivation of trusted nodes.

Abstract: In this paper propose Mobile network based attack detection of Selective Forwarding Attacks in Wireless Sensor Networks. In existing method only used static network and mobility network require high energy and time. So these problems can be overcome by using Mobile network based attack detection. The wireless sensor network has become a hot research area due its wide range of application in military and civilian domain, but as it uses wireless media for communication these are easily prone to security attacks. Selective forwarding attacks are most effective when the attacker is explicitly included on the path of a data flow. Selective forwarding and black hole attacks are very disastrous attacks for sensor networks if used with sinkhole attack because the intruder can drop most of the important packets. Moreover, the technique involves energy efficiency, reliability and scalability. Simulation results demonstrate that our proposed method can accurately detect selective forwarding attacks and identify the compromised sensor nodes. Experimental result show analytically and through simulation experiments that our schemes achieve effective and robust detection capability with reasonable overheads.

Abstract: Parking vehicle in proper place is a major problem. One can unknowingly or by mistake park his/her vehicle in no parking area. If RTO officer, an authorized person by RTO, finds your vehicle in no parking area; it is seized by them. To find out where your vehicle is actually bought after the procedure is very difficult and time consuming task. To avoid such inconvenience an alert system is designed. If RTO officer finds a vehicle in no parking area, he will show his identity with the help of RFID card; and the text message being generated by GSM to inform vehicle owner about the actions taken to his/her vehicle against parking a vehicle in no parking area. The text message consists of information about the station where vehicle is to be placed after the whole procedure as well as payment link by RTO is provided to do online transactions. After the message received to owner, if he/she is able to reach the place where he/she parked the vehicle, then owner can reply to the system. So that the officer will wait for owner and no need to take the further actions of seize. Owner will pay fine and get off the vehicle from no parking area. Other than authorized users if someone tries to uplift the vehicle, accelerometer sensor sense the dimensions. Buzzer is provided to system to alert owner as well as people nearby to get attention towards vehicle that something suspicious happening with it. Along with buzzer an alert message, via GSM, is send to owner of the system.

Abstract: The online social network has become popular for sharing the information. Online social networks exhibit many platforms to create awareness of new products. In recent time Least cost Influence  problem to find minimum number of seed user is most important topic in online social networks. The eventual target is to find the least advertising cost set of users which produce enormous influence. In existing many diffusion models are used. In this paper the stochastic threshold model is used to find the seed user in multiple online social networks to maximize the influence. This model decreases the processing time comparing to the other models.

Abstract: For Hybrid wireless network there is need of efficient data routing protocol for improvement of network capability and scalability. By using Distributed Three Hop routing protocol (DTR), we improve capacity of Hybrid network and Reduce overhead. In early Two- Hop Transmission protocol is used for eliminate route maintenance and limited number of hop in routing for Hybrid Wireless Network but it only considers the node transmission within a single cell while DTR can Also deals with Inter-cell communication in real word. DTR is Top-quality from Other routing Protocol to analyses the hybrid wireless networks with the parametric quantity such as throughput, QoS, packet loss, overhead (due to traffic), channel quality, load balancing, routing delivery, scalability and power consumption. DTR also has a congestion control algorithm to avoid load congestion in base station in the case of unbalanced traffic distributions in networks. DTR makes significantly lower overhead by eliminating route monitoring and maintenance. To enhance the efficiency of routing protocol in wireless network Weight Based Data Assignment technique is used for data allocation in distributed routing protocol using the technique of least delay detection to maintain less data congestion in the network . for that DTR divides a message data stream into segments and transmits the segments in a distributed manner.

Abstract: Security is playing an important and crucial role in the field of network communication system and internet. Here, lot of encryption algorithms were developed and so far .Though many algorithms are used now a days, there is a lack of security in message transformation. Security can be improved by making some modifications in traditional algorithms. Algorithms are DES, RSA, ECC algorithm etc. Among this it is preferred to do some modifications in RSA Algorithm. So, the changes applied in these algorithms, security will be better than the previous.
