Abstract: The development of the community's economy is marked by businesses selling various snacks and drinks. The type of business that is starting to develop on the island of Bali is "Coffee Shop" one of the names of businesses engaged in this type of business is PT. Revolver Cinta Kopi has now opened locations in several points in the Kuta area, namely Seminyak, Petitenget and Canggu. The purpose of the study was to determine the external and internal factors in researching and reviewing the strategies used by PT. Revolver Cinta Kopi for business development used the EFE, IFE, and SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threats) analysis approaches. The data analysis method used qualitative methods, the data collection techniques used interviews, the type of data used as primary data, and the sampling technique used was random sampling. The results show that the EFE PT. Revolver Cinta Kopi's approach can take advantage of opportunities and avoid threats; the results of the IFE approach show that PT. Revolver Cinta Kopi has a relatively good internal condition or ability to take advantage of its strengths and can overcome its weaknesses. The results of the SWOT analysis are in prime and stable condition, so it is possible to continue expanding and supporting an aggressive growth policy (Growth-oriented strategy). Moreover, strategies can be applied by PT. Cinta Kopi's revolvers for business development are product development strategy, quality control, and marketing intelligence.

Abstract:  This study aims to analyzed poverty reduction policies in the national development system in Indonesia after the adoption of the Sustainability Development Goals (SDGs). Indonesia is one of the countries adopting the SDGs in national development through policies and strategies with 17 development agendas whose first goal of development is to end poverty. Even though Indonesia has adopted the SDGs, this country has not been able to eliminate poverty and data show that the number of poor people in Indonesia increased in the past 5 years. Therefore, it is necessary to examine the errors in the adoption of SDGs as it has not been able to reduce the poverty. This study used the descriptive method with secondary data sources. The results showed that the indicators of the first goal of SDGs is to end poverty covering poverty reduction, social protection, community empowerment, control of economic resources, and disaster resilience. These were integrated with the Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJM) as a commitment of the government. Indonesia is still slow in dealing with poverty due to some factors such as incompatibility of both vertical and horizontal development planning documents so that the concepts in the SDGs agenda cannot be implemented properly, poor access to economic resources, and the absence of a comprehensive disaster management policy so that when a disaster occurs, it can increase the number of poor people.

Abstract: The adverse health effects associated with occupational exposure to toxic heavy metals is a serious global concern and has been associated with oxidative stress. This study assessed total antioxidant status (TAS) and some oxidative stress markers among automobile mechanics in Ibadan North and Oluyole Local Government areas of Ibadan. Thirty male participants (25-60 years) with at least five years working experience as automechanic were recruited as exposed participants. 30 apparently healthy volunteers were also recruited as controls. The ethical approval was obtained from the University College Hospital (UCH) ethical Committee. Ten millimeters of venous blood was collected from each participant into heparinized and plain bottles. The concentrations of vitamins A, C, E, TAS, hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) and Thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS) were determined in the plasma and serum obtained. Vitamins A, C and E were analysed using High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) while TAS, H₂O₂ and TBARS were analysed using standard procedures. Statistical analysis was done using Independent T-test and Pearson’s correlation at p<0.05. Significantly higher concentration of H₂O₂ was observed in the exposed. The concentration of H₂O₂ was significantly higher in auto mechanics that have worked for more than 10 years relative to those who have worked for less years. TAS concentration was significantly lower in the exposed when compared with the controls. Vitamins A, C and E levels were lower among the exposed participants. This study shows that exposure of mechanics to toxicants resulted in oxidative stress which increased with duration of exposure.

Abstract: Gender equality is a growing issue along the times as society's views are increasingly open regarding the equal roles of men and women. In some countries, especially in the Middle East, South Asia, and Latin America, women cannot work for additional income without getting permission from their husbands or fathers. Gender equality and gender justice issues in Indonesia have existed for a long time. Gender is not a gender difference but a difference in social functions and roles formed by society towards women and men which results in the division of different social roles and functions. Currently, the Indonesian government is aggressively implementing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) program, which is a sustainable program that is a non-binding global agreement that is universally applicable. Empowerment aims to make people able to do something independently without having to depend on others. The independence that exists as a result of empowerment in the form of economic independence, political independence, and others depends on the type of the existing program.

Abstract: Sustainable health development is a process to provide the right to a healthy life to be obtained by the community which is useful for obtaining welfare for the community in running a healthy life. The concept of the approach to managing the population health has undergone many changes in line with understanding and knowledge of how people live and respecting that health is a great value of "Human Resource". This study aims to identify the factors affecting sustainable health development. This literature study used the descriptive method by looking at the results of previous studies and then developing them again. The data were collected from books, newspapers, journals, notes, laws, and other sources relevant to the study, including direct observation of the subject being studied and interviews. The government has not been able to manage the problems related to health due to the lack of medical devices and inefficient regulations related to sustainable health development goals (SDGs). The progress in managing the forthcoming health issues has not been seen in maternal mortality, malnutrition in children and pregnant women, and others.

Abstract: This paper studies some fractional integrals based on Jumarie type of Riemann Liouville (R-L) fractional calculus. The main method used in this article is the change of variables for fractional calculus. A new multiplication of fractional analytic functions plays an important role in this paper. We give some examples to illustrate how to evaluate the fractional integrals. And these results we obtained are natural generalizations of the results in classical calculus.

Abstract: The copper containing enzyme, polyphenol oxidase implicated in enzymatic browning was investigated in tubers of three varieties of Ipomoea batatas. The optimum temperature and stability of the enzyme were studied. The enzyme activity was measured by monitoring the increase in absorbance for 3 minutes. The activity was taken as the slope of the absorbance versus time graph. The effect of temperature on enzyme stability was determined through a temperature range of 20 - 70ºC. The results revealed that orange flesh and brown peel varieties showed maximum activity at 40ºC, while purple peel variety exhibited maximum activity at both 35 - 40ºC. Polyphenol oxidase extracted from the three varieties retained over 90% activity at 40º C even after 60mins of incubation. The enzyme from the three varieties was not stable at 20ºC, 60º C and 70ºC. Conclusively therefore, the temperature at which the enzyme is less stable may be exploited in the control of undesirable browning of Ipomoea batatas tubers due to polyphenol oxidase, while also considering the effect of that temperature on the tubers.

Abstract: With the change in the Philippine Educational System implementing the MTB-MLE, Teacher Education Institutions are now called to revise their curriculum to accommodate such change and prepare pre-service teachers. Implementing the MTB-MLE in the Teacher Education Institutions can be a way of preparing the future teachers. A question can be raised from this situation, that is, what appropriate subject content is necessary for the integration of MTB-MLE in the Teacher Education Curriculum? This is the research question that this study aimed to answer. Using the qualitative approach employing the case study, the study made use oral and written interviews to gather data. The interview took place in five participating schools where the MTB MLE is being implemented for a total of 35 respondents. Among the 35 respondents 30 were in-service teachers and five were administrators. Gathered data were grouped and themed according the ideas each convey. From collated answers of teachers and administrators, this study was able to surface 6 major subject contents for the MTB-MLE. From these contents the study developed the E.M.B.L.E.M. Content Subject from the Administrators and Teachers; Enrichment of Vocabulary, Material Preparation, Books Needed, Learning and Teaching Strategies and Approaches, Empowerment of Teachers and Management. These subjects can helped pre-service teachers equip themselves before immersing into teaching.

Abstract: Writing is one of the most important macro skills. Unfortunately, it is also one of the hardest. One suggested way for teachers to improve the writing skills of their students is through written feedback. Feedback has been proven to be effective in improving the performance of students. To probe deeper into the strategies in feedback processing is one of the aims of this study. This study also aims to identify strategies in feedback processing and its effectiveness in improving the writing skills of students. This study aimed to determine the different written feedback strategies used by teachers in improving the writing skills of students. It also aimed to measure the effectiveness of written feedback strategies. The perception of the students and teachers was compared to determine if there is a significant difference. It employed a quantitative research design and made use of a questionnaire as its main tool. Results show that. The students perceived Delayed Marking, Direct Correctional Feedback, and Indirect Correctional Feedback as the feedback strategies commonly used by their teachers. Teachers perceive that they are commonly using Delayed Marking, Direct Correctional Feedback, and Indirect Correctional Feedback as strategies to improve the writing skills of students. The perception of teachers and students of the feedback strategies are similar. Students find Delayed Marking, Indirect Corrective Feedback, and Direct Correctional Feedback as very effective. On the other hand, they find Color Highlighting as slightly effective while the rest of the strategies are effective.

Abstract: Phytochemicals are non-nutritive plant chemicals that have protective or disease preventive properties. They are non-essential nutrients, meaning that they are not required by the human body for sustaining life. Justicia spp. (Irugege) is a spice used in the preparation of various dishes in the southern part of Nigeria. It grows in subtropical areas and is relatively drought resistant; it is believed to possess various nutritional properties. The aim of this work is to determine the quantitative phytochemical constituents of Justicia spp. Seed. The phytochemical constituent of the seed were carried out using gas chromatography flame ionization detector (GC-FID). Results revealed the presence of eleven phytoconstituents alkaloids (17.32/100g), terpenes (1.47mg/100g). tannins (4.59mg/100g), saponins  (5.29mg/100g), anthocyanins (1.15mg/100g), phenols  (119.40mg/100g), lignans  (1.40mg/100g), glycosides (9.23mg/100g), phytosterols (45.52mg/100g), flavonoids (207.06mg/100g)  and stilbenes  (271.07mg/100g). Justicia spp., high in stilbenes, flavonoids, and phenols concentration could be used as a potent herbal antioxidant, cholesterol lowering, antimicrobial and anti-cancer agents.

Abstract: Entrepreneurial development training programme implementation in South-West, Nigeria was aimed to tackle poverty and unemployment status of the people. Descriptive survey research design was adopted for the study. The population of the study comprised, facilitators and personnel of the State Ministries, where EDTP was domiciled in South-West, Nigeria. The sample size of the study was 240 respondents, selected through a simple random sampling technique from two EDTP centres from each of the six states that made up of south-west, Nigeria (Ondo, Oyo, Osun, Ogun, Ekiti and Lagos), based on rate of clienteles’ enrolment for the programme. Thus, from each centre of EDTP, twenty (20) respondents were selected. A self-developed research instrument by the researchers titled, “Rating scale on impact analysis on environmental entrepreneurial development training programme in south-west, Nigeria” fashioned on four likert rating scale; Strongly Agreed (SA), Agreed (A), Disagreed (D) and Strongly Disagreed (SD). The validity of the research instrument was done by an expert in Test and Measurement while, its reliability was done through test retest method 0.64 coefficient reliability was obtained. Data generated on research question was analysed using descriptive statistics (frequency counts, simple percentages and mean), while inferential statistics was used to analysed data generated on research hypothesis. Based on the findings of the study conclusion were made that environmental analysis (government policies) could enhance effective implementations of the programme. Also, that EDTP could boost the incomes per-capital of the programme beneficiaries. On the basis of the conclusion, recommendations were made by the researchers  that the programme providers should carryout environment analysis before its implementation. Also, that public awareness should be made of the programme could alleviate their poverty and unemployment status, and so on.

Abstract: The effects of food insecurity is hitting hard on both the developed and developing countries of the world. This is even more pronounced with the changes in the world climatic environment. The consequences are famine caused by wide-spread hunger, malnutrition and poverty mostly witnessed by people; many of which are found in the Sub-saharan Africa to which Nigeria belong. To fight food insecurity, many approaches such as Agricultural Production Monitoring (APM), Market Information system (MIS), Social Monitoring of the Most Vulnerable Population or The Vulnerability Group and Food and Nutritional Surveillance System have been employed by researchers. These system are not with their inherent shortcomings, on which is the gathering, collation, processing and storing of bulky data for present and future purposes. In recent times, Geographic Information System (GIS) and remote sensing have been reported to be of great use in various disciplines including the area of food security. In this review, an attempt was made to elucidate the importance of GIS in agriculture, thus using it as a tool in fighting food insecurity in Nigeria.
