Abstract:Deploying an embedded technology, a wireless sensor node is designed and implemented for establishment of Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) for automatic meter reading. The amount of power consumed by the load is extracted by passing the respective current through 1Ohm resistor. The analog voltage observed across it is digitized by employing on chip ADC of AVR Atmega 8L microcontroller. The ADC of 10 bit resolution helps to enhance preciseness in the data. Using principle of energy meter, the power consumed is determined and depicted in the terms of watts and units as well. An embedded firmware is developed by employing CodeVisionAVR, the IDE, which is dedicated for AVR family of microcontrollers. Employing an ubiquitous technology, the Zigbee technology, RF communication is established at 2.4GHz of ISM band. The Zigbee RF module is interfaced to the system and programmed by using X-CTU. Each node (End Devices) is assigned with its own ID and disseminates the data to the co-ordinator node, which is interfaced to the base station. The present wireless sensor network is operating in star technology and following IEEE 802.15.4 standards, it is operating with great reliability. The WSN is suitable for electric power distribution and control boards.

Abstract: Face Recognition appears to be an integral part in human-computer interfaces and eservices. To carry out security and fault tolerance various Image Processing techniques have been incorporated using ‘Curse of Dimensionality’ that refers to Classifying a pattern with high dimensions that requires a large number of training data. A face recognition & Detection system is a computer-driven application for automatically identifying or verifying a person from still or video image. It does that by comparing selected facial features in the live image and a facial database where the system returns a possible list of faces corresponding to training samples from the database. The nodal points are measured creating a numerical code, called a faceprint, representing the face in the database. Relatively many techniques are used. Image processing technique has been implemented using Feature extraction by Gabor Filters and database training data using Neural Networks. Multiscale resolution and matrix sampling is efficiently performed using this technique.

Abstract:The interest in text to speech synthesis increased in the world .text to speech have been developed for many popular languages such as English, Spanish and French and many researches and developments have been applied to those languages. Persian on the other hand, has been given little attention compared to other languages of similar importance and the research in Persian is still in its infancy. Persian languages possess many difficulty and exceptions that increase complexity of text to speech systems. For example: short vowels is absent in written text or existence of homograph words. in this paper we propose a new method for Persian text to phonetic that base on pronunciations by analogy in words, semantic relations and grammatical rules for finding proper phonetic.
Keywords:PbA, text to speech, Persian language, Phonetic recognition.

Abstract: In speech synthesis in text to speech systems, the words usually break to different parts and use from recorded sound of each part for play words. This paper use silent in word's pronunciation for better quality of speech. Most algorithms divide words to syllable and some of them divide words to phoneme, but This paper benefit from silent in intonation and divide words at silent region and then set equivalent sound of each parts whereupon joining the parts is trusty and speech quality being more smooth . this paper concern Persian language but extendable to another language. This method has been tested with MOS test and intelligibility, naturalness and fluidity are better.

Abstract: In this work, the fuzzy nonlinear programming problem (FNLPP) has been developed and their result have also discussed. The numerical solutions of crisp problems and have been compared and the fuzzy solution and its effectiveness have also been presented and discussed. The penalty function method has been developed and mixed with Nelder and Mend’s algorithm of direct optimization problem solutionhave been used together to solve this FNLPP.
